Jaxon began his real estate career at Base Equities, where he was responsible for underwriting and closing preferred equity, JV equity, B-notes, and mezzanine debt opportunities across multifamily, industrial, and retail assets. He led both property level and fund-level underwriting and managed a portfolio totaling $150 million in AUM. He later joined JRK Property Holdings — a top 50 NMHC owner — where he led acquisitions across key Midwest markets and executed deals nationwide, closing over $500 million in multifamily assets. Jaxon also spearheaded JRKs refinancing strategy, closing more than $600 million in loans alone, and played a central role in overseeing and executing asset dispositions.

He later joined JRK Property Holdings, a Top 50 NMHC owner, where he led acquisitions across key Sunbelt markets and oversaw strategic dispositions. Will brings a track record of over $7.5B in valuations and brokerage closings, plus hundreds of millions in acquisitions and dispositions as a principal—leveraging deep market insight and elite relationships to drive Stonerock's rapid growth and outsized returns
